AHA/Habitat Company Multi-Site Property Upgrades

J.M. Wilkerson Construction Co., Inc. was selected as the general contractor by the Habitat Company LLC, for the multi-site unit upgrades located at 6 buildings in Atlanta, GA.

The project is a 3 year Indefinite Duration, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, where our team will replace a minimum of 166 kitchens the first year (Task Order #1) including cabinets, counter tops, sinks, rear counter tops, splashes, etc., followed by a similar amount each year until all 812 units have been upgraded. In addition, the first task order will include replacing 1,356 closet doors and replacing flooring in 13 units. Future task orders will include window blinds, flooring replacement, ceiling fans, kitchen upgrades and more.
