This project consisted of partially demolishing the existing 3 story building. Built for the Crum & Forster Insurance Company, the site is significant in establishing Atlanta as a regional center for insurance firms.
Construction activity also included the installation of streetscapes and stabilizing/ weatherproofing of the building.
