- Communicate information among all project team members
- Provide any additional support required for successful completion of the project
- Recognize, report, and solve problems in a creative, positive, and constructive way and make recommendations for improvements in systems, procedures and policies
- Develop detailed project construction schedule (Primavera) in cooperation with the project manager and project superintendent
- Provide delivery support for the field superintendents
- Provide technical support for appropriate field superintendent
- Assist in management of project permit process
- Create scopes of work and assemble front-end project manual
