Houston-based Grayco Partners is taking a further step in its apartment project called Brookwood Square Residential. In permits filed with the City of Atlanta, it says it wants to tear down 23k SF of the Brookwood Square shopping center on Peachtree Road to make way for the project. As we previously reported here, Grayco is looking to develop a 250-unit apartment project—incorporated into the shopping center—that will deliver by the spring of 2016.
