J.M. Wilkerson Construction Co., Inc. was selected as the general contractor for the Columbia Tower project located in downtown Atlanta, GA.
The scope of work for this project included a complete interior and exterior renovation, plus an addition to this 12 story building. The project included demolition of the existing building’s interior, asbestos removal, new roofing and the interior reconstruction of the 95 apartments. It also included structural steel additions to several floors for a fitness center, amenity area, administration offices and a counseling center.
