Community Is Company’s Third Downtown Project In Past Year

TUSCALOOSA, Ala., Feb. 21, 2013 /PRNewswire-iReach/ — Chance Partners, LLC today announced that is has started construction on Green Bear Lofts, its third downtown luxury apartment community in the last year. The community, located at the northeast intersection of Greensboro Avenue and Bryant Drive, will comprise 53 residences and 115 beds along with 3,985 square feet of street-level retail space.

This is the third development for Chance Partners, which also developed the Townhomes at Metal Works, a 5-unit for-sale community located on 21st Avenue, and Boulevard Lofts, a 20-unit community located on University Boulevard across from City Hall. Boulevard Lofts is currently over 97% leased and 100% pre-leased for August 2013 move-ins.
